Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your pieces but if you need to make a return for any reason, see below for our policies on returns and refunds. 

Returning undamaged items

  • Get a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Verify your purchase by providing the email address used for purchase.
  • All products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Refunds are for products only and will NOT include shipping or gift wrapping.
  • You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 
  • You must include a detailed packing list for all items you are returning along with your name, email address and a daytime phone/message number.
  • When shipping back to us, we strongly advise insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. The cost of return shipping and insurance is your responsibility. It is imperative that you use a shipping method that gives you a tracking number and that you hold on to the tracking number until the entire return/exchange process is complete. Please allow up to 20 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Returning a gift 

  • Gifts can be exchanged for credit to use at
  • We can't refund monies for gifts. Credit only.
  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Credit for a return or an exchange will only be allowed for items still on the website. It it is not on the website, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Returning damaged items
  • Please email and a description and photos of the damage within 30 days of purchase.
  • Must show some proof of purchase.
  • We will review the complaint and reply with return information.
  • Wait for a response before shipping item.

Items that cannot be returned 

  • Sales or discounted items.
  • Products no longer offered on website. 
  • Custom ordered products.
